Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship to: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and 80+ countries worldwide.

3Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

–UAE — Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days | Express (selected cities): Same-day or next-day.

–Saudi Arabia — Standard Delivery: 4–12 business days.

–Other Countries — Standard Delivery: 4–12 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary based on courier capacity, customs, and your city.

4Shipping Fees

–UAE: Free shipping for orders above AED 200 | AED 14 below threshold.

–Saudi Arabia: Free shipping for orders above AED 200 | AED 29 below threshold.

–Other Countries: AED 80 standard delivery.

5Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive: a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

6Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach you: they will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

If all attempts fail, the order may be returned to us and you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.

These fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer as required by local regulations.

8Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If your order arrives damaged: take clear photos of the packaging and product.
